SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your package has shipped from Rock Lily Collection center, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.
We offer FREE Standard shipping within the US on all Rock Lily Collection products. All orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx Express service with Signature Confirmation
Please allow an additional 1-5 working day for FedEx Express shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. Customs and other taxes on international returns must be paid in full by the customer before the return authorization granted. Please contact us by email to request shipping to other countries.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Rock Lily Collection, we value and respect every customer and always stand behind our product. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we are glad to accept returns for a full refund or exchange. Please note, shipping not refundable.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within three days after you receive this number; which needs to mark on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.
Please note that a restocking fee of $30 is charged for any returned or exchanged item.
Please allow 10-15 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
Once your return arrives back at our facility; kindly note, that it takes approximately 48 hours to process. You will be notified via email once your return has completed.
All returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, in original packaging with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
PLEASE NOTE: there is no returns or exchanges on custom orders or personalized items.
At Rock Lily Collection we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. All credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server. All purchases through credit card orders will only ship to an address on file with the credit card company.
Please note we don’t accept checks or money orders. For your security, please do not include your credit card number in any email communication.
Please be advised additional documentation may be requested (such as a driver’s license, photocopy of credit card, etc.) on some transactions.
